(CercleFinance.com) – The company Les Agences de Papa announces the entry into its capital of Holmarcom, one of the largest private Moroccan groups, to the tune of 2 million euros.
With a turnover close to one billion euros and an activity organized around several areas of activity (Finance – Agro-industry – Logistics – Real estate), the Holmarcom Group wishes to support the growth strategy of Dad Agencies.
The transaction is carried out off-market, over-the-counter, by acquiring shares from the founding partners, based on a valuation of the company at 186 million euros.
Nicolas Fratini and Frédéric Ibanez – The founding fathers, said they were ‘proud and honored by the trust’ of the Holmarcom group. ‘While strengthening our shareholding, this operation will allow us to initiate an external growth strategy with the aim of expanding our service offer and significantly increasing our revenues’, they underlined.
