Les Combattantes on TF1: we know the date of broadcast of the event series with Audrey Fleurot and Sofia Essaïdi

The series “Les Combattantes”, with Audrey Fleurot, Julie de Bona, Camille Lou, and Sofia Essaïdi, will be launched in September on TF1. A fresco by the team of the “Bazaar of Charity” which follows the destiny of 4 women during the First World War.

This will undoubtedly be the television event of the new season in terms of fiction: the mini-series Les Combattantes, which brings together in front of and behind the camera part of the Bazar de la Charité team, will be broadcast from Monday, September 19 at 9:10 p.m. on TF1.

Just a few days after the presentation of the first two episodes in preview at the La Rochelle Festival, viewers will therefore be able to discover this great historical fresco tinged with romance, which will be offered every Monday on the front page at the rate of two episodes per week, opposite at L’Amour est dans le pré on M6.

Directed by Alexandre Laurent and produced by Iris Bucher for Quad Drama – the winning team of the Bazaar of Charity – Les Combattantes is carried by Audrey Fleurot, Julie de Bona, and Camille Lou, who also re-enter the skin of new characters, like an American Horror Story anthology. And are joined for the occasion by a fourth headliner: Sofia Essaïdi.

The action of this extremely ambitious and visually stunning mini-series takes place in September 1914. For several weeks, the fighting has been raging. In a small village in the east of France, a few kilometers from the German zone, four women find themselves thrown into the heart of horror.

Throughout the eight episodes that make up the series, we follow Marguerite (Audrey Fleurot), a Parisian prostitute as mysterious as she is flamboyant who is suspected of being a spy. Caroline (Sofia Essaïdi), the wife of a car factory owner who has gone to the front and sees herself propelled to the head of the family business.

Agnès (Julie de Bona), the mother superior of a convent requisitioned and transformed into a military hospital who begins to question her life choices. And finally Suzanne (Camille Lou), a young feminist nurse on the run since an abortion that went wrong.

Written by Cécile Lorne and Camille Treiner, in collaboration with Alexandre Lauret, Les Combattantes enjoys a very good cast: Sandrine Bonnaire, Tom Leeb, Tchéky Karyo, Laurent Gerra, Yannick Choirat, Florence Loiret-Caille, Grégoire Colin, Vincent Rottiers, Maxence Danet-Fauvel (Skam France), Eden Ducourant (Pour Sarah), Mikaël Mittelstadt (Here it all begins), and Pascal Houdus complete the cast alongside Audrey Fleurot, Julie de Bona, Sofia Essaïdi, and Camille Lou.

Produced in partnership with Netflix, as was the case for The Bazaar of Charity, Les Combattantes will be offered in a second time on the streaming platform, although no online date has yet been announced.

See you on September 19 on TF1 to discover Les Combattantes. And until then, the return of the channel will be marked in particular by the launch, this Thursday, of Aim for the heart with Claire Keim and Lannick Gautry, and by the broadcast on September 5 of the TV movie Champion with Kendji Girac.
