(Boursier.com) — It is recalled that for the sake of better structuring its organization and distinguishing resources, The Wood Builders now has two operational subsidiaries, LCB Technique dedicated to the Group’s tertiary activities and SCV Ecocity 1 for the management of Eco’City construction programs. In the first half of 2023, LCB continued to grow despite a generally declining real estate market. Consolidated half-year revenue, which includes SCV Ecocity 1 for the first time, is up 37% to €6.04 million and confirms the robustness of LCB’s strategy focused on green growth.

Outlook

The second half of 2023 promises to be rich for LCB. From September, the eco-property developer will present the first prototype of Landair’Am, an innovation based on geothermal energy which aims to halve the energy consumption of buildings.
In addition, LCB will finalize the last phase of the Eco’City of Epinal, the first showcase eco-quater of its offer. The next few months will also be marked by the launch of the first phase of Eco’City in Faulx, with an overall budget of €14 million. This part, which represents 4.5 ME, will be delivered from the second half of 2024. LCB will also start the second phase of the Eco’City of Cantebonne which includes more than 100 lots for an amount of 31 ME.

On the strength of this good momentum, LCB reiterates its full confidence in its ability to achieve a turnover of more than 30 ME by 2025.
