(Boursier.com) — The Wood Builders announce the signing of a €4.3 million contract with Groupe Action Logement 3F Grand Est for the acquisition of 30 housing units in the Eco’City of Bouxières-aux-Dames. This contract, which is part of a partnership with the leading French lessor, demonstrates the relevance of the offer developed by the eco-property developer for low-density towns.
Confirmation of the relevance of the Eco’City model for the cities of tomorrow
The Groupe Action Logement 3F Grand Est manages 8,700 housing units in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle and Vosges. Well established in the main agglomerations of the Grand Est, its affiliation with the 3F group, a reference social landlord, makes it possible to implement ambitious and sustainable projects, to meet environmental and technological challenges while ensuring its primary mission: to meet the needs of social housing in the Grand Est region.
It is in this context that the Groupe Action Logement 3F Grand Est approached LCB in order to acquire 30 apartments, from T2 to T4 and T3 Seniors, within the Eco’City of Bouxières-aux-Dames, which has just been ranked Best city in France according to the site “Bien dans ma ville”.
This NF Habitat HQE certified program, made up of more than 4,750 m2 of living space, particularly won over the 3F Grand Est Group with its social and intergenerational diversity. The Eco’City of Bouxières-aux-Dames will indeed combine housing, a medical center and a micro-nursery.
The first phase of the program, certified NF Habitat HQE, began in November 2021 with earthworks and delivery of the first phase scheduled for summer 2022.
At the same time, LCB is preparing to deliver the pilot Eco’City in Epinal located on a former industrial site and is continuing to build the eco-districts of Cantebonne-Villerupt (54), Faulx (54) and Chantraine (88). Responding to the needs of new residents and users of the city of tomorrow, these projects may give rise to new partnerships with the national operator 3F Action Logement, the leading social housing company in France.
