Les Enfoirés 2024: why Mimie Mathy will not be there

It is an annual meeting for many artists, the Enfoirés show brings together singers and actors on stage for a moment of solidarity for the benefit of Restos du coeur. This January, the Enfoirés troupe met at the Arkéa arena in Bordeaux. The show will be broadcast on TF1 next March. Viewers will be able to discover around fifty artists mobilized for a good cause. However, a regular on the show will be absent. Indeed, Mimie Mathy did not participate in the show entitled On a 35 ans! nor did he celebrate the troop’s birthday.

If the absence of the heroine of Joséphine, Guardian Angel has caused a lot of ink to flow, Anne Marcassus, the producer of the show, came out of the silence to end all speculation. In the columns of the site Puremediasshe explained that Mimie Mathy was not part of the party due to a “personal impediment“. Anne Marcassus did not specify whether this impediment was medical. In December 2023, the actress explained that she had to undergo four surgical interventions to treat her herniated discs. In 2022, Mimie Mathy had to give up at the Enfoirés show when she had undergone surgery.

While seven performances took place in Bordeaux, the Enfoirés show reunited 53,000 spectators.
