Trends

To date, the geopolitical events in Eastern Europe have not significantly affected the recovery of activity after two years of the pandemic. Les Hôtels Baverez is already experiencing cost increases on the raw materials necessary for its activity, but they are still, for the moment, bearable.

Like all establishments in its sector of activity, Les Hôtels Baverez is encountering recruitment difficulties, which has an impact on costs.

The three establishments have successfully renewed their classification as 5-star hotels at the start of 2022.

The Covid 19 crisis continued to impact tourism and hotel activity in the capital in the first quarter of 2022. The vaccination pass was suspended on March 14, 2022 in France. Foreign and especially American customers are back in large numbers in the group’s establishments and especially in the 2nd quarter of 2022.

The company’s cash flow will enable it to meet its commitments for the coming year.
