Daniel Hartwich leaves speechless faces with his saying

At the start of the season of “Let’s Dance” on Friday evening, February 23, 2024, presenter Daniel Hartwich, 45, was as quick-witted as usual. But with a statement he not only amazed the audience, but also left co-host Victoria Swarovski, 30, and candidate Maria Clara Groppler, 24, speechless. But what happened?

In the first “Let’s Dance” episode, the celebrities not only show who has the greatest dancing potential, but are also assigned to their respective professional dance partners. In the first round, the ladies receive their dance partners. While comedienne Maria Clara Groppler waits for the man with whom she will try to dance her way to victory in the next few weeks, she jokes: “If everyone were single, you could almost think it was a dating show.” Among the remaining three partners she can still hope for at this point is Massimo Sinató, 43. Daniel Hartwich uses Groppler’s saying as a template for his quick-witted counterattack: “Yes, right. But I can tell you, with ‘Let’s “Dance’ has never cared whether you’re single or not.”

Victoria Swarovski turns away and responds with a laughing “Okay, Daniel!” She seems to be as speechless as Maria Clara. Many people in the room can probably guess who Hartwich is referring to here. Sinató danced her way to second place with model Rebecca Mir, 32, in 2012. A few months after speculation and the show’s end, the two announced to “Bunte” in August 2012 that they were a couple. “It was already crackling during ‘Let’s Dance’,” admitted Massimo at the time. It was the same month in which the professional dancer made public his separation from his first wife Tatjana Kuschill, 41, whom he married in 2011. Rebecca separated from boyfriend Sebastian Deyle, 46, during the show.

Biyon Kattilathu: He reveals real reason for his participation

The new season of “Let’s Dance” has begun; the first dances have been danced. The reasons for taking part in the challenging show are very different. Mark Keller, 58, for example, would like to prepare for his tour by taking dance lessons. Others, like Gabriel Kelly, 22, are simply looking for a new challenge. For Biyon Kattilathu, 39, the origins lie in the family. In an interview with “Bild” he reveals: “I want to show my family in India the performances, they understand the language of dance! Otherwise they don’t always know exactly what I actually do here in Germany. This gives me the chance to show them that to show.”

After the first live show, the motivational coach can certainly hope that this could be possible for him for a few weeks. Jury member Joachim Llambi is initially satisfied. “He was a bit uncoordinated in his body, but I think he has rhythm in his blood,” says Kattilathu, who is best known in Germany through his alleged acquaintance with Amira Pocher, 31. Since then, Oliver Pocher, 46, has not left a good thing about the 39-year-old, whom he describes as a “happiness guru”. He would see him as a good candidate for an early exit from “Let’s Dance”. Now Biyon Kattilathu can prove him wrong.
