Joachim Llambi: That’s how he jokes about Jorge Gonzáles’ German
“Let’s Dance” juror Joachim Llambi, 57, is known for his tough criticism and relaxed sayings on the RTL show. Some fans have almost developed a love-hate relationship with the strictest of judges. Since the first season he has been shooting at the candidates regularly and is always honest. He often receives loud boos for this, but sometimes laughs too. Shortly before the seventh “Let’s Dance” show on Friday, April 8, 2022, the 57-year-old’s arrows did not hit the candidates: Jorge González, 54, jury colleague of all people, was caught in the crossfire.
The crowd’s favorite is always the target of Llambi’s sayings. On Instagram the “dance pope” now makes fun of the native Cuban’s German. In his story, he runs a preview video for the upcoming show, in which Jorge can be heard saying, “Today you finally broke the knot!” Llambi writes: “We’re all lucky that Jorge also broke the knot!” He reinforces this swipe with laughing emojis. Bastian Bielendorfer: Ekat has a black eye – he cracks jokes
It’s no secret that Bastian Bielendorfer, 37, and Ekaterina Leonova, 34, have a lot of fun together during “Let’s Dance” training. The professional dancer and her celebrity partner regularly provide fans with insights into their fun interaction via social media. Now, however, the dancing couple has come up with news that initially seems disturbing: the author posts a video of himself and Ekat on his Instagram story. “You used a filter so that you couldn’t see my black eye,” says the 34-year-old. A mishap must have happened during training, for which Bielendorfer seems to be responsible.
However, he doesn’t want to know anything about it and promptly has a saying ready: “Oh come on, Menzinger gets more than you do.” He alludes to the acrobatic performances of competitor René Casselly, 25. Bielendorfer further emphasizes: “Now stop your black eye, it wasn’t me at all. Get a nice eye patch.” Ekat can only laugh at her dance partner’s weary excuses.
Mathias Mester even gets advances from married women
At least since his passionate dance with Renata Lusin, 34, in the sixth show of “Let’s Dance”, Mathias Mester, 35, can hardly save himself from fan mail. “Since I’ve been in the public eye, I’ve been getting offers again and again – and now of course even more,” reveals the former athlete in an interview with “Promiflash” – and gets specific: “In fact, even love letters and sometimes even from women who are already married and say, ‘If I wasn’t married, you would be the one'”.

Renata Lusin + Mathias Mester: Funny training bet
With their rumba, Renata Lusin, 34, and Mathias Mester, 35, only got 16 points in the sixth show of “Let’s Dance”. So it’s time again: practice, practice, practice! In his Instagram story, the former track and field athlete now reports during training and reveals that he and his dance partner have made a fun bet.
In fact, it’s more of a punishment method, because every time Mathias says “f*ck” after a blunder, Renata adds a tick to her list. At the end of the training session, the 35-year-old reveals that he has to pay “one euro per stroke”. Mathias pans the camera to Renata, holds the said list in the picture and notices that 16 lines have already come together in the current training. But the celebrity is lucky: since Renata slipped out the swear word once, two of his lines were removed again – that’s the rule. Dancer Christina Luft, 32, found her great love in her dance partner Luca Hänni, 27, during the last season of “Let’s Dance”. This year, too, the professional dancer has a special relationship with her chosen candidate: with Mike Singer, 22, of course Christina Luft is also outstanding away from the parquet. In an interview with RTL, the musician revealed that his “platonic” feelings for Christina sometimes block him during training.
“I’m so emotionally attached to her. If she kind of says, ‘Hey Mike, that sucks’, then I immediately think, ‘Does she not like me anymore?'” admits the 22-year-old.
