Lidl is bringing the Monsieur Cuisine Connect back to its online store for €349. Not to be confused with the Monsieur Cuisine Smart, the Connect model is the manufacturer’s very first connected food processor. Sold less expensive than the Smart version, which is offered from time to time at €429, the Monsieur Cuisine Connect has a less powerful motor, a 7-inch screen (8 inches for the Smart) and ignores a handle that allows better support the bowl.
Easy to use thanks to its neat interface, which improves with updates, the Monsieur Cuisine Connect has an attractive catalog of recipes. Good in mixing and precise in cooking, it does not lack assets to impose itself on this very competitive market. Obviously, at this price everything is not perfect. The food processor is bulky and rather slow to reach low temperatures. As for the finishes of the robot and its accessories, they may lead us to believe that they will have a hard time withstanding the test of time.
