If we can qualify a game as “bloodborne-like” it is this one. Lies of P is the next game of neowiz, and puts you in the shoes of Pinocchio, a mechanical puppet who will have to wander through the streets of Krat, a city overwhelmed by madness and bloodlust. We had already been able to see some gameplay several months ago, but today a new long trailer awaits us for this Gamescom 2022.
Tonight, Pinocchio join the hunt
On the program of this trailer: an insane universe, an artistic touch and “bloodbornesque” gameplay, as well as a host of characters with a strong character design. Throughout his adventure, Pinocchio will seek a way to become human again, even if he has to shovel his way through it.
Resolutely glaucous and violent, Lies of P also has some very interesting features. For example, some side quests will be handled procedurally depending on how you lie around you (we are talking about Pinocchio after all), and will change the end of the story
Also, the presence of an original crafting system has been confirmed. You can in fact combine different weapons together to create your favorite toy.
Lies of P also has an output window, namely a very vague 2023. It will be released on PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and will be available on Xbox Game Pass.
