(CercleFinance.com) – Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that on December 22, the latest date set for the filing of orders submitted for the public buyback offer by Linedata Services of its own shares, at a unit price of 50 euros, it had received 1,336,789 shares in deposit.
As the number of shares presented is greater than the maximum number of 1,100,000 shares that Linedata had undertaken to buy back, the number of buyback requests has been reduced. The repurchased shares will be canceled and will no longer confer any social rights.
