Philipp Plein: Crypto King with a weakness for Fiat

The crypto offensive by Philipp Plein is meanwhile not entirely without deductions in the ₿ note. At least crypto purists are likely to rub against the fact that Plein uses Coinify, a payment processor that converts the purchase amounts into fiat.

With Coinify payment solutions, you can accept virtual currencies without having to hold virtual currencies yourself, while also receiving payouts in your preferred local currencies.

advertises the service provider on its homepage.

In other words: The “Crypto King” only receives euros. In addition, for purchase amounts over 10,000 euros, a certificate of origin for the cryptocurrency used must be provided. With prices above 1,000 euros for a bathrobe, this brand is not that difficult to achieve.

Of course: Despite these supposed blemishes, every new dealer is an asset to the crypto ecosystem. Here you can find out how the acceptance of Bitcoin as a means of payment in this country is from a legal point of view.
