Under the liquidity contract entrusted by Vilmorin & Cie to Natixis Oddo BHF, on December 31, 2021, the following resources appeared in the dedicated liquidity account:

6,949 Vilmorin & Cie shares, 339,151.68 euros.

It is recalled that on the date of signature of the contract, the following resources appeared in the dedicated liquidity account:

5,660 titles,

367,063.17 euros.

Over the period from 1er July 2021 to December 31, 2021 were carried out:

827 buy transactions, 808 sell transactions.

Over this same period, the volumes traded represented:

33,030 shares and 1,804,712 euros for purchase,
