On the A1 motorway between Avenches and Payerne, the Military exercise «Alpha Uno» where F/A-18 fighter jets land.
This is intended to Defence arrangement the Air Force.
The whole exercise including the first Take-offs and landings we transfer in Livestream and on SRF 1 from 9am.
In previous years, for example in the 1970s, the Air Force also carried out such tests on Swiss motorways.
