- The first implementing decrees for the pension reform were published on Sunday June 3 in the Official Journal, including the one gradually raising the legal retirement age from 62 to 64 years old.
- The authorities expect between 400,000 and 600,000 people at 250 assembly points, including 40,000 to 70,000 in Paris, where the demonstration will leave the Invalides at 2 p.m. for Place d’Italie.
- SNCF traffic will be “very slightly disturbed” with “9 out of 10 trains” on average, and it will be “normal” on the RATP network. A third of flights will be canceled on departure from Paris-Orly.

About 250 actions are planned across the country, and 11,000 police and gendarmes will be mobilized at the national level to supervise the demonstrators.

According to a note from territorial intelligence, 400,000 to 600,000 demonstrators could answer the call of the unions and mobilize in the big cities, in particular in Paris, where the authorities expect to see between 40,000 and 70,000 people marching.
