Llama Group SA announces that its 2023 consolidated turnover is €1,942 K. This turnover, which is essentially linked to the music licensing activity, represents a slight decrease compared to the turnover of €2,112 K achieved in 2022.
Following the appeal of 2 creditors as part of the judicial reorganization procedure, the company preferred to remain cautious with regard to marketing efforts in the launch of the Winamp platform at the end of 2023.
As announced in its press release dated January 26, the appeal hearing was held on January 25, 2024 at 2 p.m. before the Brussels Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal announced that it should deliver its judgment by February 22, 2024 at the earliest.
Regarding the payment from Azerion, Llama Group SA also confirms having received this Wednesday, January 31, 2024, the third tranche in cash from Azerion.
