(CercleFinance.com) – LNA Santé published a total turnover of 188.8 ME for the 4th quarter, a figure down 0.3% compared to the 4th quarter of 2022.
In detail, the turnover of the real estate activity shows a decline of 79.4%, to 2.7 ME, while the operating turnover stands at 186.1 ME, an increase of 5.6%.
Over the entire financial year, LNA Santé’s total turnover came to €736.1 million (+1.1%).
With a fleet of 10,326 beds and places (including 9,495 in activity), the Group has within it a stable base of 8,584 beds in operation and a base of 1,742 non-mature beds (911 to be restructured and 831 to be installed) whose compliance with the qualitative criteria of LNA Santé constitutes a vector of onboard growth .
For the current year, LNA Santé forecasts continued organic growth at a level above 4.5%, for an operating turnover of more than €750 million excluding external growth.
On the occasion of its publication of the annual results, the Group will present a progress update on its GrandirTogether project with its strategic outlook for the 2024 financial year.
