LoL: A returning LPL cast with… Kameto!

There is no longer any need to prove it, France is a country that knows about League of Legends. With a touch of chauvinism, we could even go so far as to say that it is in France that we find the best audience! But, for too many months, there was a little inconsistency… The “best public” was deprived of the “best professional league” in the game, given that after O’Gamingno one managed to recover the broadcasting rights to make a French cast of the LPL.

Fortunately, the scarcity will end thanks to the co-cast. As often, it is Kametothe CEO of the Karmine Corp.which saves the day.

Co-cast, a process to be developed

Don’t rely on Kameto to provide a cast as organized as that offered by Riot Games and the LEC teams. The streamer will broadcast the competition while remaining natural and bringing his personal touch. This isn’t the first time he’s taken on this kind of project, as he already co-casts all of Karmine Corp’s matches in LFL. In North America, this kind of process is also common. It allows well-known streamers (Doublelift, Meteos, Sneaky, LS…) to bring visibility, while LCS seem less hyped than in the past. At European level, the LEC has not yet made the decision to open. But the idea could gain ground and we imagine that in the future, the co-cast will also land with us.

To return to the Chinese league, Kameto will have the opportunity to broadcast the grand final of the LPL which opposes today in Bo5 JD Gaming at Top Esports, two teams that have already been crowned Chinese champions in the past. Beyond the level of play which promises to be very high, it will be an opportunity for us to gather information before the Worlds. Both teams are already guaranteed to participate in the World Cup.

Kameto, not alone in the world

Kameto will not be the only French streamer to broadcast the LPL final. Zerotick, caster OTP, also received the rights. In addition to the final, it will also broadcast the LPL Regional Qualifier. France, long deprived of the Chinese league, will now be spoiled for choice and will be able to take a double dose.

To help you make your choice, know that Kameto’s co-cast should be as always more spectacular. Zerotick, for its part, is comparatively more laid back and will offer a more knowledgeable co-cast. He never left the LPL and knows the Chinese scene very well.

The Summoner’s Cup has changed. Whether we buy into the idea or not, it’s a reality and League of Legends fans will have to get used to it. The first reaction from fans is rather cold. To make matters worse, a disturbing little detail has been raised by the community.
