LoL: Breathtaking fan-made League of Legends anime credits

A League of Legends anime, many summoners have dreamed of it for a long time. Riot Games delighted us last year with the release of Arcane. The series broadcast on Netflix met with great success and still won 9 awards at the Annie Awards, the equivalent of the Oscars for animation.

This did not stop the creativity of the community (and so much the better). One reddit user created an anime credits inspired by the MOBA, and the result is totally convincing. So convincing that we would already like to see the first season.

The Yone/Yasuo rivalry at the center of the plot

In the video, the focus is on Yasuo, as the main protagonist. In addition to the champion, it is also possible to see Riven, still a child, and Ekko, who in one passage fights a fierce battle against the Disgraced.

Braum is also seen fighting the Dragon with the help of Ahri and Yasuo. The production focuses on the rivalry between Yone and Yasuo. To make the animation, the author used three official videos made by Riot Games. These are “The Way, an Ionian myth”, the Spirit Flower event, “Brothers of the Crimson Blade”, the same event and the opening video for the 2019 season, which in itself had already an anime style.

This isn’t the first time fans have imagined what a LoL anime would look like. In 2019, an anime-inspired gamer of the same year’s season actually created a LoL anime series called “LoL Hour”, with two seasons of 14 and 12 episodes, respectively. The series follows the story of five friends who become their chosen champions in matches and who aspire to become professional gamers.

More recently, another member of the community has also created his anime credits, for an even more stunning result. And we advise you to take a look around here if you haven’t seen it yet.

In the Reddit post, the player clarified that he only worked on the video editing part, the speed and the organization of all the scenes. Besides, he also used a famous song from the anime Sword Art Online, Crossing Fields, as the opening theme.

Before their level 6, some League of Legends champions are not very powerful. So, who are the ones for whom the change is the most radical once this milestone has been passed?
