LoL: Sardoche, the king of salt, to conquer the Korean ladder

Sardoche, one of the best-known but also the most controversial streamers on the French League of Legends scene, is flying to new horizons.

His trip to South Korea is finally materializing — trip delayed due to the COVID pandemic and a first visa being refused — and the player will fly to the Land of the Morning Calm on April 27.

Being able to enjoy LoL

For months, even years, Sardoche has been the victim of “Stream sniping” when he broadcasts his League of Legends games. The principle is simple: its detractors simply want to rot its games. A more than reprehensible attitude that has knocked him out of his hinges more than once – with good reason. To fully understand the case, I advise you to watch our MGG Weekly which sums it all up.

His goal by starting on a new server, finally be able to climb the ladder without suffering these attacks.

As the Koreans have their own server, there is little risk that those who targeted him on the European server could continue to rot his games.. Even if it is true that via a VPN the thing is possible, the ping would be such that it would make the thing much more complex.

Sardoche vs. Chovy?

South Korea is one of the best competitive regions in League of Legends, and our player would love to meet some of the biggest names in the country.

During one of his streams, he confided that there was “big chance he’s doing stuff with Gen.G”, the only team according to him to be able to defeat T1. His ultimate goal? Meet Jeong”Chovy“Ji-hoon whom he regards as “the best mid laner in the history of mankind”. What’s more, Gen.G’s mid laner is also a Cassiopeia fan, like Sardoche. A 1v1 between the two players, we ask to see!

But the player does not go there in the pockets. If his main goal is to finally be able to play Riot Games’ MOBA in peace, he is also preparing for his temporary host country. Just 4 days before his departure, on Saturday April 23, he will launch a 24-hour marathon to learn Koreanand more precisely “the alphabet, the basics of the language and especially create the binds to communicate in game on League with macros :)”.

We wish him good luck in this new adventure which should last at least 3 months.

During its champion action plan, Riot Games took the opportunity to teaser one of the future champions to join League of Legends. It’s going to be a tank-like top laner straight out of Shurima…and it promises to be tricky to master.
