While Lollipop Chainsaw could have remained stuck on PS3 and Xbox 360, the action game of Grasshopper Manufactory with a chainsaw lolita and zombies will be entitled to a second life thanks to Dragami Games. The studio has indeed announced a remake with a more realistic artistic direction, a more advanced technique and original compositions to replace some licensed sounds.
On the other hand, you will have to be a little patient to get your hands on it. Dragami Games and its director Yoshimi Yasuda have just announced that the release was postponed from 2023 to summer 2024, because the teams needed more time than imagined to finalize the project. To compensate, we were entitled to several things: an official logo that reveals that the title of the new version will be Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP and a new visual with the heroine Juliet Starling.

In any case, this remake of Lollipop Chainsaw is still in the cards, this should reassure fans and the curious. However, no home console has yet been confirmed, but we can hope for an arrival on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and why not PS4, Xbox One and Switch.
