Samsung fans are not only waiting for the Galaxy S23, but also for the cheaper offshoot Galaxy A54. Documents from a US authority are now providing new details on this.
The Galaxy A54 from Samsung has cleared another hurdle on the way to market launch. The US authority Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved the model for the US market. The test documents now released by the FCC provide further details on the configuration of the successor to the Galaxy A53.
According to Gizmochina, the A54 is listed by the authorities under the model number “SM-A546E” and, like its predecessor, can be charged with up to 25 watts. The battery also has a capacity of 5,000 milliampere hours. The mobile phone will support wireless standards such as Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE, WLAN a/b/g/n/ac/ax and NFC. The documents do not provide any further details.
After approval by the FCC, Samsung fans can expect the device to be launched on the market soon. We’re betting that the phone will be unveiled at the MWC in Barcelona at the end of February.
