As a result, the developers of Lost Ark have implemented a feature allowing players to be kicked after a certain period of inactivity, in order to free up space for other users.
How to modify Lost Ark’s AFK Timer?
Although theAFK Timer may be practical for players who have waited a long time in the queue, allowing inactive players to be disconnected, it could be penalizing for those who have to take a break for a few minutes. Indeed, by default, the AFK Timer is set to 15 minutes, but we recommend changing the value to 30 or 60 minutes to give yourself a bit more headroom. Here are the steps to follow to fix the AFK timer :
- Go to ” Settings ” doing ” Esc “.
- Select the “Game” tab, then “Control and display”.
- In the game ” UI “, set the parameter ” AFK Settings ” at ” 60 mins “.
- From then on, your status will change to inactive from 60 minutes of AFK.
