Louis Ducruet: He now works for Premier League club Nottingham Forest FC

Louis Ducruet, son of Princess Stéphanie, will earn his bread in the future at the English football club Nottingham Forest FC.

It is no secret that the Monegasque Grimaldi family is extremely enthusiastic about sports – Chief Prince Albert II of Monaco (62) competed five times as a bobsleigh driver for his country and married the former swimmer Charlene Wittstock (42). His nephew Louis Ducruet (27), son of Albert's youngest sister Stéphanie (55), has also found his passion in sport. And this passion has now earned him a commitment to the English second division football team Nottingham Forest FC, as Ducruet himself has confirmed via Instagram.

"It is a great pleasure for me to announce that I am officially joining Nottingham Forest FC," wrote Ducruet, commenting on a picture of himself in the club's stadium. "I am delighted to join such a historic club, I am ready for this new challenge!" The royal, who ranks 15th in the line of succession to Monaco, will not toil there as a player, but will steer the fortunes behind the scenes as an advisor.

"He will use his overseas experience to help us expand the club's global presence," said Nottingham Forest FC's Instagram page, commenting on the goals the big-name reinforcement is hoping to achieve. Ducruet is very familiar with the tough football business, he studied sports management and worked as an assistant and talent scout for AS Monaco for over five years. It is not yet known whether he will move to England with his wife Marie Chevallier (27), but it is likely.
