In an interview for PAINT on Instagram, the 20-year-old wanted to talk about its difference who excluded him. “I grew up in the countryside. I’ve been pretty shut out by most people“ he reported, specifying that he was blamed “to be [lui-même] and being ‘too feminine’ and having taste that didn’t fit the norm”.
Louis spoke more widely about what he calls difference, explaining that his passions had contributed to distinguish him from other young people around him. The singer danced, his parents regularly experienced disturbing thoughts about it. “People used to ask my mother if the daddy wasn’t ashamed. It was quite complicated for me. Since childhood, I hear inappropriate words. I was sexualized very very early. And it was very difficult to live. I realized very quickly that I was different” he added, visibly very marked by this period of his life.
However, Louis remained confident in himself, as he reminded PAINT: “I decided to be myself. I knew that I was different, that I had different tastes from other boys and everything but I never tried to adapt.
