This is unprecedented in the history of Love is in the meadow. As reported by our colleagues from Parisian, David, a new season contestant, hasn’t received any letters from suitors. The farmer is therefore the only one not to have had a speed-dating session. A situation that the production absolutely wants to remedy, which has decided to launch an appeal on social networks so that David, a 42-year-old grain farmer, also has the chance to find his soul mate.
“We did not see my party side”
“Unfortunately… Are there things that have not been shown in your portrait?” Asks Karine Le Marchand in a video posted on Instagram. “We haven’t seen my party side or it’s my lisping tongue that scares them but that’s nothing, it’s just a particularity,” he replies.

“I also have a problem, it’s that sometimes I speak very very quickly. Is that perhaps what scares them? I don’t know”, continues David who does not lower for so many arms. The cereal farmer is more than determined to meet the woman of his life. And he can count on the support of Karine Le Marchand: “We decided to leave the mailbox open. If, in a few weeks, you have the providential letter, obviously we give it to you, and presto, we organize a meeting in Shut up“, she assures him in the video shared on Instagram.
David is not very difficult: he is looking for someone between 35 and 45 years old. “But if she is 46, that will also be fine”, specifies the cereal farmer who wishes to meet “a woman who is not too tall” and who likes to do “the java”.
