A cry from the heart to which the general public has not remained insensitive. On November 27, M6 broadcast Peasant family: 100 years of history, a documentary produced by Karine Le Marchand. For the purposes of this report, the film crew followed six farming families in their daily lives. Among the testimonies that moved viewers to the heart, was that of Laurent, candidate for the 14th season of Love is in the meadow, who wished on the financial difficulties he is going through. Alongside this video, Stéphane Plaza’s friend shared a text in which she explains that since the broadcast of the M6 documentary, she has received “dozens of concrete proposals“to help Laurent”to raise your head.” A wave of solidarity which has also “turned upside down“the farmer of Love is in the meadow : “Thanks to you, in a few days, he sees hope reborn, and is even very upset by everything that is happening around him. Thank you for this love and solidarity. Every time I call a company for help, they say ‘yes’ and it’s very disturbing“, confided Karine Le Marchand on her social networks.
