(Boursier.com) — L’Occitane Group offers Dr. Vranjes Firenze, the Italian luxury home fragrance brand. Bluegem Capital Partners has agreed to sell the Florence-based company which has grown significantly in recent years. Since acquiring a majority stake in Dr. Vranjes Firenze in 2017, Bluegem says it has overseen the brand’s evolution from a primarily national, retail company to a globally recognized omnichannel market leader. In the hands of the fund, the group has more than tripled its turnover, exceeding 42 million euros in 2023, with an EBITDA margin above 30%. While the financial terms have not been disclosed, the deal would value Dr Vranjes around 150 million euros, according to a person familiar with the matter cited by ‘Bloomberg’.
