(CercleFinance.com) – LVMH announces that the appointment of Laurent Mignon to the Board of Directors will be proposed at the group’s next General Meeting to be held on April 20, 2023.
Since December 2, 2022, Laurent Mignon has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Wendel, one of the very first listed investment companies in Europe.
Before joining Wendel, Laurent Mignon worked for Groupe BPCE from 2009 to 2022, as Chief Executive Officer of Natixis and member of the General Management Committee of BPCE from 2009 to May 2018, and as
Chairman of the Management Board of Groupe BPCE from May 2018 to December 2022.
