(CercleFinance.com) – Lysogene, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in gene therapies, announced on Monday the appointment of Côme de La Tour du Pin as Chief Financial Officer.
The senior executive had joined the company as vice-president in charge of finance in 2020, before taking up the position of interim financial director in November 2022.
In this capacity, he had been involved in fundraising, investor relations and FP&A (management control, reporting and financial analysis) activities.
Before joining Lysogene, he worked in investor relations at Ipsen and at the Casino group, after spending time in investment banking at BNP Paribas and in audit at PwC.
He is to replace Stéphane Durant des Aulnois, who has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
