During the 4

^th

quarter of 2022, the group recorded record activity with organic growth of +30% in sales compared to the same period of 2021.

This new performance confirms the good dynamism of the group on the buoyant professional training market where M2i is further accentuating its position as a reference player in the fields of IT, Digital and Management with its 2,500 courses accessible in face-to-face or in 100 % distanciel, its 35 branches and 7 campuses throughout France.

Over the whole of 2022, the M2i group’s turnover reached €55.91 million, an organic increase of +18.1% compared to 2021.

OUTLOOK

Driven by the very good dynamism of the vocational training market, the M2i group intends to pursue its dynamic growth strategy over the coming years. The year 2023 seems to be off to a solid start, even if the group remains cautious in the short term, given what appears to be a bit of a wait-and-see attitude at the start of the year on the part of certain major customers.
