(CercleFinance.com) – M6 announces the decision of Nicolas de Tavernost to leave his position as chairman of the management board before August 22, 2025, the date on which he will reach the age limit, and the designation of David Larramendy as successor, at the end of the AGM on April 23, 2024.
‘David Larramendy has worked within the M6 Group for more than 16 years with excellent results, notably as general director of the advertising agency,’ underlines Elmar Heggen, chairman of the supervisory board of the media group.
Furthermore, it will be proposed at the next AGM to renew the mandates on the supervisory board of Elmar Heggen and CMA-CGM Participations for four years, and to appoint RTL Group Vermögensverwaltung, represented by Philippe Delusinne, for four years.
