(Boursier.com) – The group M6 takes control of Stéphane Plaza Immobilier with the acquisition of 2% of the capital of the network of franchised real estate agencies in which it already held 49%.
M6 specifies that this transaction values Stéphane Plaza Immobilier at 125 ME for 100% of the capital. The network already has 660 franchise contracts, only 7 years after its creation and will now be 100% consolidated in the accounts of the M6 group, within the “Diversifications” segment. In 2021, Stéphane Plaza Immobilier should achieve an EBITA estimated at 12.5 ME, up 47%.
M6 announces that it renews its full confidence in the president and co-founder of the company, Patrick-Michel de Lusigny, in order to carry out the next stages in the development of the network alongside the host Stéphane Plaza. Stéphane Plaza’s participation remains intact and his responsibilities unchanged.
