Madvertise confirms the finalization of the sale of its subsidiaries dedicated to mobile advertising in Germany and France to the Dutch group Azerion for €11.3 million

, pursuant to the exclusive agreement announced on July 5, 2022 . This effective sale of assets, accompanied by a 12-month consultancy contract with Azerion, confirms the company’s new strategy, which is committed to a profound reorientation of its activity.

The R&D teams, engine and heart of the company’s innovation, through its subsidiary Appsfire, will be the precious allies to support the development of new innovative solutions.

In order to record this new course, the company changes its corporate name

. The mnemonic code will also be modified to become
