Magic: The Gathering, superb Assassin’s Creed cards exhibited and dated, an update on the Fallout set before its release

Last year, Wizards of the Coast announced new collaborations with video game licenses for its still essential game Magic: The Gatheringto know fallout, Assassin’s Creed and even Final Fantasy. The first illustrations for cards taken from the universe of Bethesda already had everything to please fans and their release set for March 8, 2024 is now close. It is therefore now possible to view all of the cards in the expansion on the official website. These are four Commander decks that fans will be able to obtain: Brawling Survivors (red-green-white) with Canigou ; Mutant threat (black-green-blue) with theMothman aka Mothman ; Hail, Caesar (red-white-black) with the latter and Science ! (blue-white-red) notably featuring the Dr. Madison Li. Two figurine cards Bobblehead were printed in 500 copies each in Premium iridescent double and will be available in collector boosters. And for the most collectors, a collection Secret Lair will also see the light of day.

On the occasion of the MagicCon from Chicago from last weekend, many previews of the next sets were also shown, namely Outlaws of Thunder Junction, Modern Horizons 3, Bloomburrow And Assassin’s Creed. It is obviously the latter that interests us the most. We will find there Altaïr Ibn-La’Ahad, Ezio Auditore, Edward Kenway, Evie Frye, Eivor, Leonardo DeVinci or in Cleopatrathe latter two having serialized cards of 500 copies, in Italian and Greek respectively (with a cartouche in Egyptian). L’Animusa pile of hay or even the secret blade carried by Bayek will also be part of the illustrations. The box packaging collector boosters also shows Kassandra through a sumptuous artwork, so she should also have her own card. DNA effect added for rarity Memory Corridor has everything to please.

Magic: The Gathering – Fallout brings together elements from every Fallout game from 1997 to Fallout 76.   • Bloomburrow – August 2, 2024

Magic fans can venture into Bloomburrow, a charming and heartwarming new plane of Magic in which humans do not exist. A group of daring adventurers made up of anthropomorphic animal friends (squirrels, frogs, rats and rabbits) will have to complete a major quest.

Moreover, Wizards of the Coast has decided to stop localizing its tabletop products in Portuguese after the release of Modern Horizons 3 and in simplified Chinese with Bloomburrow. The six languages ​​that will continue to be offered will be English, Japanese, French, Italian, German and Spanish. The video game Magic: The Gathering Arena will still offer Portuguese and Korean, but no longer in Russian after Modern Horizons 3.
