The new directors of the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts) were elected barely three weeks ago and they are already facing a governance problem. The surprise appointment, Monday, December 12, of the treasurer of the SFAF, Pascale Mourvillier, to the supervisory board of Solutions 30, makes cringe within the professional association. However, after several hours of discussions on Wednesday, then last Friday, the administrators of the SFAF finally decided that she did not have to resign from her position in the association.
