The police then carried out an alcohol test on the 28-year-old driver, which revealed a suspicion of heavy alcohol consumption. The man, who lives in the Graz area, then refused the alcohol test and suddenly behaved very uncooperatively. He defied the official act and kicked two police officers. The detainee was eventually taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Two officers were also slightly injured.
