As a reminder, Wednesday, January 19, a judicial police operation carried out as part of a rogatory commission rue Buffa, in Nice, had slipped when a BRI official from the Nice PJ service had used his weapon, hitting one of the individuals targeted by said operation in the head. The victim, a 22-year-old young man from Marseille, died quickly from his injuries while being taken care of by the emergency services.
