(CercleFinance.com) – Manitou BF indicates that it has decided, by mutual agreement with JC Bamford Excavators Limited, to put an end to all of their infringement disputes initiated from May 2017 and which related to three European patents.
These disputes led to legal proceedings in France, the United Kingdom and Italy. Their end has no impact on the present and future activity of both parties, nor on the characteristics of the products marketed by each of them.
