Mano, Maximilien Kuzniar’s new restaurant honored by TheFork Awards

In its list of the best new restaurants 2021, The Fork Awards singled out the Mano table by young chef Maximilien Kuzniar in Boulogne-Billancourt.

This close friend of the famous Italian chef Denny Imbroisi (Ida, Epoca) passed through the kitchens of Jean Imbert but also of Juan Arbelaez.

He has kept the taste of ceviche which he offers in several recipes, notably with smoked sweet potato and the famous leche del tigre.

On the menu, there are vegetable casseroles with curry but also a revisited burger. It is also possible to discover his talent through two tasting menus (“Ptiti kiff” and “Grand kiff”, in four and seven courses, from €42).

The Fork, formerly La Fourchette, belongs to the Tripadvisor group. This online reservation platform unveils its list of the best restaurants that have just opened every year. It is determined by public votes. This year, the ceremony took place in Marseille.

Mano, 46, rue de l’ancienne Mairie, Boulogne-Billancourt (92).
