MaPrimeAdapt ‘: what it could change for owners

While the aging of the population requires rethinking the issue of home support, the “Great real estate meeting” (Capital / Radio immo) met Luc Broussy, president of France Silver Eco, author of a report to the government to improve the adaptability of housing and its financing.

Luc Broussy’s report suggests completely rethinking housing adaptation policies, by creating a one-stop shop on the model of what makes MaPrimeRénov ‘so successful in the field of energy renovation. This new one-stop shop, the idea of which has since been taken up by the Minister of Housing, would simply be called: MaPrimeAdapt ‘! This new window would allow anyone to submit a file in order to obtain funding for this future work. This assistance would be available from 65 years old for people in GIR 1 to 4 (the most dependent) and without GIR condition from 70 or 75 years old. The objective is to reach 100,000 to 150,000 housing adaptations per year. According to the author, the ball is now in the government’s court to take over the measure. Answer probably in the next few months. Find our full interview in the video above.
