(CercleFinance.com) – Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits announces that its French subsidiary has convened its Social and Economic Committee (CSE) as part of a project to rationalize the retail sales department in France, aiming to pool it with other distribution entities of the group.
“This project aims to safeguard the competitiveness of the group’s business sector, and is part of the proactive plan for strict cost control undertaken since 2019 to restore its profitability in the long term”, assures the company.
The rationalization would result in the elimination of 29 positions belonging to the Retail Sales Department in France, in addition to the creation of 2 positions.
