(CercleFinance.com) – Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (MBWS) announces that its board of directors, in its meeting of February 13, took note of the resignations of Pascale Anquetil and Serge Héringer from their mandate as directors.
For the sake of efficiency of its work and in order to adapt its size to the organization of the company, the board of directors decided that these positions would be eliminated, the board therefore now consisting of 10 members including two independent directors. .
