Marina Foïs never misses an opportunity to have fun on social networks. The actress, who is currently starring in the film “They are alive”, posted a photo of her new haircut on Instagram.
A change of look which, she is sure, deserves special attention. “I have short hair. In itself, it is an event, ”she wrote in the caption of her publication, where the 52-year-old actress appears with a brown color and a boyish cut in the front page of Marie-Claire magazine. A touch of humor that greatly pleased its subscribers.
In the interview granted to the magazine, Marina Foïs confided that she had been much more radical from a hair point of view in her youth. “As a teenager, at 12, I was a punk, part of my head shaved with a crest, a jewel! I was sometimes taken for a boy,” she says.
But why this change of haircut in the end? Marina Foïs has agreed to sacrifice her hair for the role she will play in the next feature film by Spanish director Rodrigo Sorogoyen.
“I would have said yes to everything, but I still cried a lot. While knowing that it was ridiculous to cry”, she launches with sincerity, specifying that, more than a questioning of her femininity, her reaction could be linked to the passage of time. “I don’t know what it is, femininity… Wouldn’t that have more to do with old age?” she asks herself.
