2024 - Married at first sight: Emilie files a complaint against Frédérick!

Divorced since the broadcast of their marriage in season 6 of Married at first sight, Emilie and Frédérick will now find themselves in court.

Monday, May 30, viewers of Married at first sight, on M6, discovered that Frédérick and Emilie had decided to divorce. But their common history is not really over. It will continue, in the coming months, in court! Indeed, this Thursday, June 2, the young woman announced, on her social networks, his wish to sue for defamation against her now ex-husband.

“It upset me enormously, destabilized me. I didn’t expect Frédérick to be this odious character, I won’t hide it from you… So even if you all saw clearly in his game and that the only thing what he is doing is finally humiliating himself (…) Me, what I’m going to do is that I’m going to sue Frédérick for defamation because he doesn’t stop, he doesn’t stop, he doesn’t stop. I will certainly not play into his game and give him grain to grind. I am equal to myself, I was respectful and I never spoke [de la manière] which he says of his granddaughter. Never. I really wouldn’t allow myself to do that.”confided Emilie, referring to the multiple speeches of Frédérick in which he accuses him of having insulted his disabled daughter and his new companion.

Married at first sight: a real success for M6!

Monday, May 30, viewers were still numerous in front of M6 to follow the adventures of the participants in Married at first sight. On average, 2.6 million viewers were present in front of M6 which was then ranked leader on the commercial target. This program which offers candidates to meet physically for the first time during their marriage landed in France in 2016. This is the sixth season which is currently broadcast on M6.
