The Marseille prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation for “robbery with violence on a vulnerable person in a place of residence”.
An 85-year-old woman was violently attacked on Sunday February 13 in Marseille, in her apartment located in a residential area of the 8th arrondissement, learned Le Figaro from the Marseille public prosecutor’s office, confirming information from Provence . The prosecution opened an investigation, entrusted to the Departmental Security, for “robbery with violence on a vulnerable person in a place of residence”.

“The victim showed signs of blows on the face and body. She said she was beaten by an individual who broke into her home, under circumstances to be determined, early in the morning with the aim of robbing her.“, specifies the parquet floor of Marseille to the Figaro.
Alerted by moans coming from his apartment, neighbors called the police and firefighters in the early afternoon. On the spot, the emergency services discovered the octogenarian in a state of shock and the swollen face. An ITT (temporary total incapacity) of 40 days was assessed by the forensic services.
