Accident on New Year’s Day: “Hawkeye” actor Jeremy Renner had to be hospitalized after a weather-related accident, where the US actor is now in a “critical but stable condition” according to consistent media reports.

According to the industry magazine “Deadline”, the two-time Oscar-nominated racer is said to have injured himself while clearing snow after a severe winter storm, which had meanwhile cut off the power supply to tens of thousands of households near Lake Tahoe in the US state of Nevada.

According to other media reports, Renner’s injuries were so severe that the “Hawkeye” star had to be transported from the scene of the accident by helicopter. As the actor’s hospital treatment continues, Marvel fans have no choice but to wish Jeremy Renner superpowers in his recovery as he celebrates his upcoming 52nd birthday on January 7th.
