This is one of the most anticipated series of the start of 2024 and it will finally show up in a few hours. The new production by the trio Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman after Band of Brothers and The Pacific promises to be the unmissable war fiction of the year.

Entitled Masters of the Air, this 9-episode mini-series tells the incredible story of the men of the 100th Bombardment Group (nicknamed the “Bloody Hundredth” because of their significant losses) of the 8th American Air Force, responsible for bombing the industrial locations and strategic armaments of Nazi Germany during the Second World War.

Partly inspired by the eponymous book by Donald L. Miller and the memoirs of real war heroes, Masters of the Air aims to highlight the powerful and fraternal bonds forged between these men but also their extreme daily conditions during each air mission. which puts their lives in danger.
