(CercleFinance.com) – Mattel announced on Monday that it is working with Netflix to develop a film based on its ‘Masters of the Universe’ franchise, a famous line of toys launched in the 1980s.
The American group specifies that the feature film will be directed by the Nee brothers (‘The Lost City’, ‘Band of Robbers’) from a script in which David Callaham (‘Wonder Woman 1984’) will collaborate.
It is Kyle Allen (‘West Side Story’) who has been chosen to interpret the character of Musclor.
Production is due to start this summer.
