(CercleFinance.com) – Mauna Kea Technologies announces the appointment with immediate effect of Sacha Loiseau, founder and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mauna Kea Technologies, as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Nicolas Bouvier, Interim Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.
Sacha Loiseau will therefore combine the functions of president and general manager of Mauna Kea Technologies.
